In outdoor infrastructure, energy transmission, and heavy industry, fastener corrosion failure is a long-standing problem plaguing the industry. Standard fasteners often rust and corrode within a few years due to wind, sun, salt spray, and chemical media, requiring frequent and costly maintenance and replacement. This can also lead to serious safety accidents such as structural loosening and collapse, posing significant safety risks to engineering projects.
Based on our deep understanding of materials science and corrosion protection, we have developed the Galvanized Flange Bolts series of products. Designed specifically for extreme corrosive environments such as power transmission towers, substation structures, bridge guardrails, and offshore engineering, this product perfectly combines high-strength connection performance with lifelong corrosion protection, making it the preferred solution for fastener failure problems in outdoor and harsh environments.
1. Excellent Corrosion Protection System, Resisting Extreme Environmental Corrosion
Strictly adhering to the ASTM A153 standard for hot-dip galvanizing: Before leaving the factory, the Galvanized Flange Bolts undergo rigorous pickling and flux treatment to thoroughly remove surface scale and impurities, and then are immersed in molten zinc at 450°C to complete the coating. The resulting zinc layer thickness can reach 50-80 microns or even higher, and forms a strong "iron-zinc" alloy layer with the base steel, providing a long-lasting physical protective barrier for the bolts.
Unique Bimetallic Sacrificial Anode Protection: The zinc layer not only provides physical protection but also has the chemical protection function of a "sacrificial anode." Even if the bolt surface is scratched during transportation or installation, the exposed steel will be protected by the preferential corrosion of zinc, preventing direct corrosion of the base material and fundamentally extending the service life of the bolts.
Uniform Coating Coverage on All Surfaces: The hot-dip galvanizing process achieves uniform coating on all parts of the bolt, including the head, shank, and thread root, without any unprotected areas. Compared with localized anti-corrosion treatment, it can more comprehensively resist corrosion in different environments, adapting to various harsh scenarios such as marine, chemical, and high-humidity environments. 2. High-Strength Mechanical Properties for Structural Stability
High-Quality Base Material Selection: Using high-quality carbon steel or alloy steel as the base material, such as ASTM A394 Grade 1 (equivalent to 36,000 psi) or Grade 2 (equivalent to 100,000 psi), the base material itself possesses excellent mechanical properties, laying a solid foundation for the high-strength connection of the bolts.
Flange Structure Reinforced Connection: The flange design increases the pressure-bearing area between the bolt and the workpiece, effectively preventing the Galvanized Flange Bolts head from embedding into the base material, while improving the stability of the connection and its resistance to vibration loosening. The product fully complies with ISO 4162 or DIN 6921 geometric dimension standards, ensuring precise matching with mating parts and guaranteeing the overall stability of the connection structure.
3. Full-Process Quality Control, Stable and Reliable Quality
Strict Adhesion Testing: Each batch of products must pass the hammer test to ensure that the zinc layer is tightly bonded to the steel, without peeling or detachment, fundamentally guaranteeing the long-lasting corrosion protection effect.
Precise Thickness Measurement: A magnetic thickness gauge is used to perform multi-point measurements on the bolt head, shank, and thread root to ensure uniform and compliant coating thickness, avoiding weak points in corrosion protection due to locally thin coatings, and ensuring consistent corrosion resistance for every bolt.

Suitable for power transmission line towers, substations, bridges, highway guardrails, and wind power generation. |
With years of project execution experience, our hot-dip galvanized flange bolts have undergone long-term practical testing in various critical fields worldwide, becoming the preferred fasteners for numerous major engineering projects:
1. Power and Energy Sector: Used for main material connections of transmission line towers, busbar structures of substations, and grounding systems of photovoltaic brackets. These scenarios have extremely stringent anti-corrosion requirements, and our products can effectively withstand long-term exposure to sunlight, rain, and complex climate erosion, ensuring the safe and stable transmission of electricity.
2. Infrastructure Construction: Suitable for steel structure connections of cross-sea bridges, sound barriers and guardrail fixings of highways, and elevated structure assembly in municipal engineering. In these outdoor environments, the products can withstand wind and rain erosion for a long time, reducing maintenance frequency and lowering engineering operation and maintenance costs.
3. Marine and Industrial Sector: Applied to port machinery, ship outfitting components, and pipe rack connections in chemical plants. In extreme corrosive environments with high salt spray, high humidity, and strong chemical media, the product's superior anti-corrosion performance ensures the long-term stability of the connection structure, serving as a cornerstone for ensuring the safety of industrial production and marine operations.
4. New Energy Sector: Used for tower connections and foundation fixings of wind turbine generator sets. In harsh environments in remote outdoor locations, the product can simultaneously meet the needs of high-strength connection and long-lasting anti-corrosion, ensuring the long-term stable operation of wind turbines.
We are a source factory integrating R&D, production, and sales, with over 20 years of experience in the fastener industry and a mature full-chain production system. Our core advantage lies in owning our own hot-dip galvanizing production line, rather than outsourcing processing. This allows us to directly control key process parameters such as pickling time, zinc bath temperature, and galvanizing time, fundamentally ensuring the stable and consistent quality of the zinc coating on every bolt. The factory is equipped with a professional R&D team, a full-process supply chain management system, and large-scale warehousing facilities. We specialize in the production of various high-strength and high-corrosion-resistant fasteners, and can provide integrated MRO procurement and distribution services for metal fasteners, comprehensively meeting the diverse procurement needs of customers in infrastructure, energy, marine, and other fields. We have always considered quality as the lifeline of our company and have established a strict quality control system covering the entire process from raw materials to production and finished product delivery: In the raw material procurement stage, we only select high-quality steel conforming to ASTM A394 standards. Spectroscopic analysis is performed before warehousing to precisely control the chemical composition and eliminate material defects from the source. During the production process, we continuously monitor the parameters of each hot-dip galvanizing process to ensure stable coating quality. In the finished product testing stage, in addition to conventional adhesion and thickness testing, we also conduct salt spray tests and tensile tests according to customer requirements. Non-conforming products are never released to the market. The company fully implements the ISO 9001 quality management system standard, and our products fully comply with the chemical and physical performance requirements of ASTM A394 and ASTM A153.
