Hot-Dip Galvanizing (HDG): As the "gold standard" for outdoor corrosion protection, our hot-dip galvanizing process strictly follows standard procedures. The bolts undergo pre-treatment such as degreasing and pickling to thoroughly remove surface impurities, and then are immersed in molten zinc at approximately 450°C. The resulting zinc-iron alloy layer is 50-80 microns thick or more, with extremely strong adhesion. Even if the zinc layer is scratched, it can continuously protect the steel from rusting through the "sacrificial anode" principle, making it particularly suitable for marine environments, highway guardrails, power towers, pasture fences, and other scenarios exposed to harsh environments for extended periods.

Electro-Galvanizing:  A dense zinc layer is attached to the bolt surface through electrolysis, resulting in a bright and clean surface with high aesthetic appeal. Its rust resistance far exceeds that of ordinary black oxide treatment, effectively resisting corrosion in humid environments. It is suitable for general outdoor scenarios or indoor humid areas, such as ordinary fences, small agricultural facilities, and fixing equipment in humid indoor workshops.
